Mallory is a multidisciplinary movement instructor with experience and certification in mat and reformer Pilates, as well as indoor cycling. She’s known for delivering intentional, beat-driven classes that balance strength, control, and flow.

Her classes are athletic, energizing, and empowering for all clients.

Outside the studio, Mallory brings a professional background in creative strategy, design, and community building, which deeply influences how she shows up as an instructor. You’ll often find her playlists packed with pop classics, with Latin and rap sprinkled in.
