Lindsay is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with experience coaching group Bootcamp, TRX and HIIT classes as well as Spin. She has taught in different studios across the US and UK.
In Lindsay’s classes you’ll find functional choreo, and a combination of heavy resistance mixed with cardio training intervals.
Lindsay’s music style ranges from old school remixes to current pop and trappy beats. She loves a big beat drop and a 6 minute arm song!
Overall, Lindsay just wants you to have fun and feel good about moving your body when you come to her classes. She loves supporting new riders with their spin journey.
In the real world Lindsay is a Marketing Director in the diagnostic space. For fun she likes to hang with her chickens and hubs and tries to convince everyone she meets that they should become a beekeeper!
